Shiloh Christian (Springdale, Ark.) quarterback Connor Reece is a third-year stater at quarterback who has led the Saints' to their first 10-win season since 2010.
He's had to learn how to be a more vocal leader since switching from cornerback to quarterback two weeks before his freshman season began.

Upon further review of the final statistics, Shiloh Christian beat Little Rock Christian in most phases of the game and Saints senior Connor Reece was a beast.
Reece, a third-year starter, accounted for 490 of his team's 628 total yards. He completed 26 of 45 passes for 343 yards and 4 touchdowns while rushing 24 times for 147 yards. It was his passing and running ability that moved the Saints (2-0) into range for sophomore Patrick Williams' 25-yard winning field goal.

Springdale’s Kyler Williams is the ARPreps.com Player of the Week for Week 1 of the 2016 high school football season.
The 5-foot-9, 165-pounder used his 4.5 speed to race for 170 yards and 3 touchdowns on six receptions in a 37-30 win at Conway. It was a rematch of last season’s opening round of the state playoffs, which the Wampus ‘Cats won 42-7.

SPRINGDALE — Zak Clark didn’t see the 2010 Shiloh Christian team that won its third consecutive state championship behind quarterback Kiehl Frazier. And despite the Springdale High coach’s Bulldogs beating Shiloh Christian 20-7 during the varsity portion of a benefit game on Tuesday night, Clark had high praise for this year’s version of the Saints.
“I wasn’t around for their last state championship run … but it’s the best Shiloh team that I’ve seen,” Clark said.

Shiloh Christian’s Blue/Gold Game on Friday was about “the fans, as much as anything,” but Saints coach Jeff Conaway still viewed it as a chance to improve.
“We’ve been going up against the same offense and same defense for two weeks, so we were just kind of showing things off,” Conaway said. “That’s what tonight was for. We’ll evaluate the film and we’ll make some corrections and get better, but we’re not going to go over the top on this one.”
