LAST YEAR’S FINISH: Finished sixth with 43.5 points in the Class 7A state meet.

KEY PERFORMERS: Jake Benninghoff (Sr.), Jessie Ramirez (Sr.), Landon McClung (Sr.), Diego Contreras (Sr.), Hunter Hawkins (Jr.).

TOP NEWCOMERS: Clay Workman (Soph), Braden Sell (Soph.), Ty Bender (Jr.), Andrew Bender (Jr.)
THE SKINNY: Senior Jake Benninghoff cleared a school record 6 feet, 10 inches at the indoor state meet and will be looking to top seven feet outdoors. Distance man Jessie Ramirez won the 800 meters and was second in the mile indoors, while cross country teammate Diego Contreras should help in the mile and two-mile. Landon McClung will be looking to clear 15 feet in the pole vault.
