8. Lanny Dauksch, West Memphis - After leading McGehee to three state championships, Dauksch has built one of the state's most consistent winners at West Memphis, where he is 105-30-1. The Blue Devils have won eight consecutive conference championships and had a 32-game conference winning streak snapped last fall. Dauksch has led West Memphis to a pair of state runner-up finishes, losing the title games to arguably the two best teams in the last decade - Little Rock Central in 2004 and Springdale in 2005.
