Payton Stumbaugh of Springdale Har-Ber clears the final hurdle on her way to first place Thursday in the girl’s 100-meter hurdles during the 7A-West Conference track meet at Mountie Stadium in Rogers. Stumbaugh set a conference meet record with a time of 14.84 seconds.
