Gentry took advantage of a pair of early turnovers to take a 14-0 lead, but Farmington finally held on to the ball and got the game firmly in hand soon there after.

Why The Cardinals won

Farmington shook off three lost fumbles in the first quarter to score 41 first-half points and take control. Running back Spencer Boudrey rushed for 192 yards and two touchdowns, while quarterback Keaton Austin threw for 139 yards and three TDs.

Why The Pioneers lost

Gentry turned a pair of Farmington turnovers into early touchdowns, but struggled to move the ball consistently.
