Wallace, Tigers Make Easy Work of Springdale
October 27, 2012
Tearris Wallace had no reason to put on his football helmet and trot onto the field at Jarrell Williams Bulldog Stadium after halftime.
Why The Tigers Won
Running back Tearris Wallace had 15 carries for 120 yards and four touchdowns as Bentonville jumped out to a 28-0 lead in the first quarter and extended it to 49-0 by halftime. The Tigers scored touchdowns on their first seven possessions.
Why The Bulldogs Lost
Springdale committed six turnovers, including four fumbles, to fall into a large hole early on. Running back Deandre Murray had trouble finding running room, and the offense never got into a rhythm.
