GameBreaker
Why the Bulldogs won
The Fayetteville defense took away the Rogers Heritage passing game all night and Purple Bulldogs quarterback Austin Allen had his best individual performance of the season, passing for 418 yards and five touchdowns.
Why the War Eagles lost
Rogers Heritage committed two key turnovers in the first half and struggled to find its rhythm on offense the entire game. The War Eagles also had no answers for Fayetteville’s passing attack, giving up too many big plays in third down situations.
