The bar has been set so high on the softball diamond at Farmington that sometimes a successful season doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. Lady Cardinals coach Randy Osnes knows better.

2012 RECORD: 25-10, 7-0 4A-1 Conference
NOTABLE: Osnes guided the Lady Cardinals to the 4A-1 Conference championship and to the quarterfinals of the Class 4A state tournament, despite losing eight seniors off the 2011 state champion team. In his career at Farmington, he has led the program to three state titles in 2000, 2005 and 2011 and three state runner-up finishes in 2001-03 and was named head coach of the West All-Stars for this year’s Arkansas High School Coaches Association Softball Games.
