Christian Heymsfield had already piled up the wins on the track as he entered the outdoor season. Now he has the records.

NOTABLE: Heymsfield pulled off a double-win at the Class 3A state outdoor track meet on May 3, with victories in the both the 1600- and 3200-meters. His times of 4:28.17 in the 1600 and the 9:48.73 in the 3200 were both 3A state meet records. ... He is the younger brother of Grace Heymsfield, a former Arkansas High School Gatorade track and field athlete of the year and current member of the Arkansas women’s track team.
