HILL MAKES BIG IMPACT FOR BENTONVILLE

Bentonville baseball coach Todd Abbott watched Trent Hill make adjustments and work hard to improve over the past year.

Hill’s hard work paid off to the tune of a big senior season at the plate and on the mound. He also led Bentonville to a share of its first 7A-West Conference baseball title in six years.

For his efforts, Hill was selected as the All-Big 6 Baseball Player of the Year by NWA Media.

The 6-foot-3 left-hander was the Tigers’ ace and also their top hitter this season. He played first base when he didn’t pitch.
