Hot Springs Lakeside cruises past LR Christian

LITTLE ROCK Hot Springs Lakeside scored 41 unanswered points after falling behind 13-0 and held off Little Rock Christian (0-1) for a 41-27 victory at the First Security Bank Classic at War Memorial Stadium.
Blakely Lawless ran for 94 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries en rout to game MVP honors for the Rams (1-0).
After getting themselves in the 13-point hole, safety Tyler Rowland recorded a safety on a sack of Christian's Houston Angel in the endzone to begin a string of 41 straight points over the next three quarters.
