ATHLETICISM STRENGTH OF HAR-BER DEFENSIVE LINE

The Springdale Har-Ber defensive line boasts four starters that have size similar to some Southeastern Conference schools.

The Skinny

Position Battle: Defensive Line

WATCH OUT FOR: Junior defensive end Jake Hall. He's a first-year starter, but defensive line coach Travis Moreland called him “the most violent football player I've ever coached that plays within the rules of the game and between whistles.”

BIGGEST STRENGTH: The combination of size and speed. While this line has some defensive lineman that look the part of SEC players, the athleticism combined with size can be bad news for even the best offensive lines in the conference.

BIGGEST QUESTION: How much depth can be used for the Wildcats' advantage? Moreland said he had “six or seven guys” he would be comfortable with on the field. If Har-Ber can use six or seven defensive lineman to wear down opposing offensive lines, watch out.
