FAYETTEVILLE LOOKS TO FIND HELP FOR GAHAGANS

Brice Gahagans is a household name around Harmon Field and the entire 7A/6A-West Conference.

POSITION BATTLE: RUNNING BACKS

The Skinny

Watch Out For: Running Back Brayden Cook. Injured for most of 2011, Cook could emerge as a viable second option at tailback this fall.

Biggest Strength: Fayetteville has one of the top tailbacks in the 7A/6A-West Conference in senior Brice Gahagans, who has the ability to break off big runs and make plays out of backfield in the passing game.

Biggest Question: Depth and experience are question marks behind Gahagans. Starting fullback Billy McEver is gone from last season and the Bulldogs often relied on Gahagans to carry the heavy workload all by himself.
