Panthers split baseball series with Airedales

Fortune smiled on Siloam Springs’ baseball team in a 7-6 win in Game 1 on Friday against Alma. But just as quickly in Game 2 the ball bounced the other way as the Panthers and Airedales split a 5A-West Conference with Alma pulling out a 3-2 win in the bottom of the seventh. Game 1 Panthers 7 Airedales 6 Siloam Springs roped 10 hits off Alma starting pitcher Brady Bradley in the opening game to take a 6-2 lead heading into the bottom of the sixth inning.
