Record Temperatures Bring Changes In Workout Procedures
Summer football practices for the Farmington Cardinals go something like this: workout, talk period, workout, water break, repeat. Coach Mike Adams is in his 33rd year as a football coach and he said he’s seen several hot summers, especially when he first started coaching in Charleston.
