Morrilton’s Tyrone Willis scored 13 points, shooting 4 of 5 from the free-throw line and making his only attempted three-pointer, as the visiting Devil Dogs rallied to defeat host Central Arkansas Christian 46-40 on Friday in North Little Rock.
