KIP KELLY Pea Ridge Kip Kelly, a 6-6 senior small forward, averaged 17.5 points, 9.7 rebounds and 3 assists a game last year. He was the starting quarterback for Pea Ridge the past two years but gave up football to concentrate on becoming a better basketball player this season. “His future is playing college basketball,” Pea Ridge Coach Charley Clark said.
