In a battle of unbeatens, Prairie Grove dominated Pea Ridge on Friday in Tiger Stadium in front of a large homecoming crowd. The Tigers (7-0, 4-0 4A-1) jumped out to a 14-0 lead, turning a Pea Ridge interception and special teams mistake into a pair of first quarter scores. But the Blackhawks (6-1, 3-1) turned the tables when Jacob Torres returned a kickoff 92 yards, then Pea Ridge recovered a muffed kickoff, setting up Zaine Holley's short touchdown run that tied the game at 14-14 in the second quarter. RAPID REPORT: PEA RIDGE 46, GRAVETTE 16

Pea Ridge kept its unbeaten season intact, turning three Gravette turnovers into touchdowns in a 4A-1 Conference win.

Pea Ridge (6-0, 3-0 4A-1) trailed 10-0 in the first quarter, but seized control of the game by scoring three straight touchdowns to take a 21-10 lead.

The Lions (3-3, 1-2) dominated the opening minutes, limiting Pea Ridge to just 8 offensive plays and 1 first down in the opening quarter.

The win sets up a huge conference game next week as Pea Ridge travels to unbeaten Prairie Grove.

RAPID REPORT: PRAIRIE GROVE 35, GRAVETTE 0

Prairie Grove won its 14th consecutive regular season game as the Tigers dominated Gravette in 4A-1 Conference action.

Prairie Grove (5-0, 2-0 4A-1) led 15-0 at halftime, then took the game over with a pair of Anthony Johnson touchdowns, the last a 38-yard run that gave the Tigers a 28-0 lead. Reed Orr added a 43-yard scoring run to make it 35-0 and invoke the sportsmanship rule.

The Tigers will travel to Shiloh Christian next week in a big conference game. The Lions (3-2, 1-1) will host Pea Ridge.
